How do I track my order?
Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the order number. When your item is shipped, you will receive another email with the Courier and Tracking Number.
What are your delivery options?
Most items, including personalized items ship within 7-10 business days. We ship via USA major carriers, UPSP, FedEx, and UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
How do I return an item?
Our mission is to provide you with quality merchandise. Each item is personally crafted and inspected in our place of business. If the item is damaged in transit, please feel free to return it within 7 days in new condition and its original package.
For personalized item, please carefully review spelling and dates before final order submission. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on personalized items.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the courier and tracking number.

Items defected in material or workmanship may be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery and in its original package.

Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Notify us via email with the order number and detailed description of the reason for the return.

A return shipping label with a tracking number will be emailed to you.

It can take several days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it may takes 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

If you return an item damaged in transit, you’ll be refunded the price you paid for the item.
